Cherry Almond Jam 5 cups pitted and pureed sour cherries 3 1/4 to 4 cups sugar 1 box pectin 2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla 1 1/2 tablespoon almond extracted Make the jam per the directions on any pectin box and add the vanilla and almond just before you put it in the jars.
