Cherry-Lime Marmalade 3 limes (about 10 oz), peeled; peel sliced thin, pulp chopped 1 qt Bing cherries (or Lamberts), pitted 3 C sugar Simmer peel 15 minutes; drain. Add lime pulp and water to cover, and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool. Add cherries and sugar, and boil rapidly to jelling point. Bottle, then process 5 minutes in BWB Yields 5-6 1/2 pints Printable version: cher-lime-marmalade.txt.
