CHAMPAGNE MUSTARD 1 cup dry mustard 1/4 cup honey 1/2 tsp salt 6 oz flat champagne 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender. Mix well. Jar and seal mustard. Age 3 to 4 months, then refrigerate. Printable version: champagne-mustard.txt.
