Cantaloupe in Lemon 1 lb cantaloupe 1 lb sugar 1 lemon In a quart jar place the juice of 1 lemon, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Fill with cubed cantaloupe. Boil in water bath canner for 15 minutes. Note: Instead of lemon juice try using 6 chunks of pineapple and a little pineapple juice. Printable version: cant-lemon.txt.
