Recipe Archives->Preserving->Canned Cabbage
Canned Cabbage cabbage salt water Wash outside leaves and core cabbage. Precook 5 minutes then pack into clean jars. Add 1 tsp salt to each quart and fill to within 1/2 inch of top with water in which cabbage was precooked in or boiling water. Process in canner for 35 minutes at 10 lbs pressure.
