BEER MUSTARD Yield: 1 cup 3/4 cup brown mustard seeds, coarsely ground 1/4 cup mustard powder 4 allspice berries 4 juniper berries 2 teaspoons ground coriander 2 teaspoons turmeric 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds 1 cup beer (I used Samuel Smith's Pale Ale) 1 teaspoon salt Combine.
