Sausage and peppers 8 hot or mild italian sausages 1 lg can crushed tomatoes 1 lg onion chopped 1 red pepper 1 green pepper 1/2 tsp each of pepper, basil, red pepper, and parsley salt to taste 1 clove of garlic crushed Cook sausages in frying pan till done set aside. Chop peppers and onions and cook in clean frying pan with a little oil add tomatoes spices and garlic cook till tastes combine aprox 5 min. Cut up sausages to bite size peaces and add to mix heat through for a few more minutes and serve. Printable version: sausage-peppers01.txt.
