Tollhouse Pie 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 stick butter, melted 2 tsp vanilla 6 oz semi sweet chocolate chips 3/4 cup chopped pecans 1 unbaked pie crust Combine eggs and sugar and butter, gradually adding flour. Add in vanilla extract, chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325 for one hour, or until golden brown on top. Note: Do not substitute margarine for butter. Butter is essential for a crisp top on the pie. Printable version: tollhouse02.txt.
