Georgia Cracker Pie
 
3 egg whites
1/2 ts baking powder
1 c sugar
1/2 ts vanilla
16 soda crackers rolled into very fine crumbs
1 c chopped pecans

Beat egg whites until stiff; add baking powder.  Add sugar slowly
then add the vanilla.  Mix this with the cracker crumbs and pecans
and pour into a 9 inch greased pie pan.  Bake in a 350 degree oven
for 30 minutes.  Let cool and top with sweetened whip cream or cool
whip.
