Pumpkin Chess Pie Yield: 8 Servings 4 lg eggs 2 c sugar 1 c heavy cream 1 c butter, melted 1 tb flour 1/2 c pumpkin, mashed 1/2 tb vanilla 9" unbaked pastry Heavy cream, whipped Preheat oven to 350F. In large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, cream butter, flour, pumpkin and vanilla. Mix until well blended and smooth Pour into pastry crust. Bake for 40 minutes or until firm.
