Pecan Pie 4 eggs, beaten 1 cup sugar 1 scant tablespoon flour 1/4 pound butter, melted 1 cup corn syrup 1 1/2 cup pecans, chopped 1 cup pitted dates, chopped fine 1 pie shell Beat the eggs with the sugar and flour. Stir in the melted butter with the syrup, nuts, and dates. Combine the two mixtures and blend well. Pour into an unbaked pastry shell and bake about 40-45 minutes at 350 or until browned.
