Pear Custard Pie 3 c. pears, peeled and sliced thin 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. melted butter 3 1/2 tsp. flour 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 eggs Slice pears into bottom of pan, mix remaining ingredients and pour over sliced pears. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until custard is set. Printable version: pear-custard.txt.
