Blueberry-Peach Cobbler
Yield: about 6 servings. 
 
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water or peach nectar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cup peeled sliced fresh peaches
1 cup blueberries
 
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
 
In a saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients.  Bring to a boil,
stirring until thick.  Add fruit and pour into a 2 quart baking
dish.  For topping, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
in a mixing bowl.  Stir in milk and butter.  Spread over fruit
mixture and bake at 375 for 50 minutes or until topping is golden
brown and tests done.  Serve warm.
