Oat Crust
For 1 9inch shell

1 cup oat flour (blend oats in food processor or blender to create flour)
1 cup rolled oats
dash nutmeg
1/8 cup canola oil
1/8 cup maple syrup

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a fork. Add more liquid
(oil or maple syrup) for desired consistency.  Press into 9 inch
pie pan, using a spoon, bottom of glass or fingers.
