Maple Pie 1 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 2/3 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, optional Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat all ingredients except walnuts with rotary beater. Mix in walnuts. Pour into 9" pastry line pie plate. Bake 40 - 50 minutes or until set and nicely browned. Place chopped walnuts on top.
