Mango Custard Pie Line a 9 inch pie plate with pastry and bake at 400 F for 5 min. Remove from oven and fill with the following prepared custard mixture. 2 cups mango puree 1 Tbsp. lime juice 1/4 cup sifted flour 1/4 cup evaporated milk 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 eggs beaten Return to oven (350 F) and bake for 30 min more.
