Lemon Kiwifruit Pie Makes one 9-inch pie 9-inch baked pastry shell 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk 6-ounce can frozen lemonade or limeade concentrate, thawed yellow food coloring, optional 8-ounce container frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed (3 1/2 cups) 2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced In large bowl, combine Eagle Brand, lemonade concentrate and food coloring if desired; mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Chill 4 hours or until set. Garnish with kiwifruit. Refrigerate leftovers. Printable version: kiwifruit03.txt.
