Feijoa Cream Pie 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tsp vanilla essence 1/2 tsp cinnamon 3 large eggs 5-6 large feijoas 25 g butter 6 sheets filo pastry Blend sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and cinnamon . Add eggs and process. Peel and slice feijoas. Grease a pie plate and lay down a piece of filo with ends overlapping plate. brush with butter and repeat at different angles until filo is all used. Arrange feijoa slices in a single layer and pour over egg mixture. Fold over the ends of the filo and bake at 180 C for 30-35 mins or until pastry is golden brown and custard filling is set.
