Easy Cream Cheese Pie Serves 6 to 8. 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped 1, 8 oz package softened cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 prepared pie shell: pastry or graham cracker 1 can cherry, strawberry or blueberry pie filling Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Place mixture into prepared pie shell.Top with canned pie filling of choice and chill well. Note: some fresh blueberries, cut up strawberries or cherries may be folded into the pie cheese mixture if desired to correspond to the canned pie filling topping.
