Chocolate Silk Pie 2 (12) semi-sweet chocolate chips 4 eggs 2 cups milk 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs 1/4 cup butter Line rim of 9" springform pan with parchment paper. Melt butter and mix with cookie crumbs. Press crumb mixture into springform pan. Bake pie shell for 8 minutes at 375F. Set crust aside to cool completely. Scald milk and combine eggs, chocolate, vanilla, and milk in blender. Blend at low speed for 7 minutes. Pour into shell. Chill until set (1 to 1 1/2 hours).
