Chocolate Chess Pie 1 unbaked 9" pastry shell 1 stick butter 1 square unsweetened chocolate 1 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten a pinch of salt 1 tsp. vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Carefully melt butter and chocolate together. Combine with the other ingredients after it has cooled a bit; pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool before serving.
