Choc Butterscotch

Chocolate Butterscotch Pie
 
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 and 1/2 cup milk
6 Tbsp Hershey's Chocolate-Flavored Syrup
2 egg yolks, well beaten
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 9-inch baked pie shell
 
Thoroughly combine sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in milk, chocolate
syrup, and beaten egg yolks.  Cook over medium heat until thick,
stirring constantly.  Remove from fire; blend  in butter and vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shell; cool.  Chill in refrigerator.  Serve
with sweetened whipped cream if desired.
