Cannoli Pie
                                                                                
15 oz. Ricotta Cheese
2 eggs
1/3 cup Kahlua
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
chocolate graham cracker crust

Combine ricotta, eggs, kahlua, sugar and chips and pour into chocolate
graham cracker crust.  Bake 300 degree F for one hour.  Cool at
room temp before refrigerating.  Served chilled with fresh whipped
cream.
