Berry Yogurt Tart
Serves 8

4 eggs
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 cups yogurt nonfat
3 tablespoons vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
berries (your choice)
almonds, toasted with skin on

Cream the eggs and sugar to a pale color Add the yogurt, vanilla.
Sift in the flour. Whisk it in until it's smooth.  Put into pre-baked
shell.  Sprinkle berries all over the top.  Sprinkle the toasted
almonds around the outside edge.  Bake at 325 for 35 or 40 minutes.
