Triple Layer Banana Cream Pie
Serves 16

1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup butter, melted
3 bananas, sliced
3 cups cold milk
2 small packages vanilla instant pudding
2 1/2 cups cool whip

Preheat oven to 325F.  Mix crumbs, pecans and butter in a 13x9-inch
baking dish.  Press firmly onto bottom.  Bake 8 minutes.  Cool.

Top crust with banana slices.  Pour milk into large bowl and add
pudding mix.  Beat with a whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
Spoon 2 cups of the pudding over bananas.

Stir 1 cup of the cool whip into remaining pudding.  Spoon over
pie.  Top with remaining cool whip.  Refrigerate 3 hours.
