Avocado Pie 8 oz sour cream 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 prepared graham cracker crust 1 medium to large avocado, mashed 1 can condensed milk 3 oz container Cool Whip Spread sour cream on sides and bottom of crust and refrigerate. Blend avocado with lemon juice and condensed milk until smooth. Pour into crust. and top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Printable version: avocado.txt.
