Tomato Dill Penne

8 ounces uncooked penne pasta
6 tomatoes -- peeled & chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
3/4 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt, and
drain.

Cook tomatoes in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring gently,
2 minutes.  Add pasta, dill, and remaining ingredients.  Cook,  
stirring often, just until thoroughly heated.

Serve immediately.
