Tomato Basil Linguine Yield: 10 servings 1 lb brie or camembert, rind removed, cut in small pieces 4 lg tomatoes, coarsely chopped 1 cup fresh basil, chopped 1/2 cup olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1 1/2 lb linguine, uncooked parmesan cheese, shredded Ina large serving bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Let stand at room temp for 1 1/2 hours. Cook linguine according to directions; drain. Toss with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan. Serve immediately Printable version: tom-bas-linguine.txt.
