Shrimp and Spinach Pasta 8 tablespoons butter 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil tony's seasoning to taste lemon pepper to taste minced garlic to taste squeeze of lemon juice 1/4 cup sliced green onion tops 1 pound shrimp or crawfish 1 large handful fresh spinach leaves 1 cup fresh mushrooms 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese pine nuts, optional angel hair pasta Put olive oil in pot, Add margarine or butter. Add Tony's seasoning to taste, lemon pepper, garlic, lemon juice, green onion, and shrimp. Sautee till shrimp is pink. Add mushrooms, pine nuts, fresh spinach, and p parmesan cheese. Cook pasta. Serve sauce over pasta with a wedge lemon and parsley to garnish. Top with additional parmesan cheese if desired. Printable version: shrimp-spinach02.txt.
