Pasta with Sauteed Vegetables 1 small zucchini, sliced into matchstick slices 1 small onion thinly sliced 1 small yellow squash, sliced into matchstick slices a few fresh mushrooms 1 Tbsp oil, more or less 1 Tbsp little butter, more or less 3 Tbsp dry white wine, more or less 1/2 pound pasta cooked Saute the vegetables in the oil and butter over med. heat until crisp tender. Add the wine and simmer for about 2 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta. Other things that can be added are sweet red bell peppers, green peppers or any vegetable that you like.
