Wild Mushroom Penne 1 1/2 lbs penne 2/3 cup lemon pepper marinade 10.5 oz can chicken broth 3 cloves garlic 1 small onion 1 tablespoon flour 1 pound mixed wild mushrooms extra virgin olive oil In large skillet saute minced garlic and coarsly chopped onion in olive oil for about 3-4 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue sauteing. Add lemon pepper marinade and chicken brothand bring to boil. In seperate pot boil penne paste for 15 minutes. Mix tablespoon of flour with a small amount of water until dissolved and add to skillet. Reduce heat and simmer. Mix with penne and serve. Printable version: penne-mushrooms02.txt.
