Pasta Limone 6 small nests tagilatelle egg noodles salt 1 1/2 c whipping cream juice and zest of 1 lemon 1 egg yolk beaten with 1/4 cup whipping cream 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp butter Fill 8 qt or litre pot with water. bring to boil add 1 Tbsp. salt. Add pasta and cook 8 to 9 minutes. Pour 1 1/2 cups whipping cream in a non stick skillet and reduce over medium heat. Add lemon rind and juice. Lower heat setting to Low-medium. Add drained pasta to cream mixture and toss. Add 2 Tbsp of egg yolk mixture. Remove from heat and toss again with cheese and butter. Printable version: pasta-limone.txt.
