Pasta With Capers and Olives Serving Size : 4 1 pound pasta, cooked, some water reserved 1/4 cup olive oil 2 clove garlic, crushed 1/3 cup capers 12 black olives, pitted and chopped 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped salt and pepper, to taste 4 oz tuna in Oil Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the garlic, capers, olives, and parsley. Season to taste. Stir in 1-2 T pasta cooking water. Simmer sauce for a few minutes, then add tuna and blend gently. Drain pasta and toss with the hot sauce, adding additional pasta cooking water to lengthen the sauce if necessary. Printable version: pasta-capers02.txt.
