Pasta with Broccoli 400 g shell macaroni 2 medium onions chopped freshly ground black pepper 1 head broccoli cut into florets 200 ml natural low fat yogurt 1 cup ricotta cheese 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley 30 g Parmesan cheese grated Cook and drain pasta, adding 1/4 cup cooking water back into pasta. Keep warm. Place the onion and 2 tablespoons of water in a heated saucepan. Add freshly ground black pepper and steam until onion softens. Add broccoli. Cook until just tender. Remove from heat and stir in ricotta and yogurt. Spoon onto pasta. Top with parsley and Parmesan cheese and serve. Printable version: pasta-broccoli02.txt.
