Lemon Bell Pepper Pasta Makes 2-3 servings 1 Tbsp butter 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2-3 Tbsp lemon pepper cayenne pepper to taste 1/2 cup diced red, yellow or orange sweet pepper (seeds removed) 1 oz sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned) 1 tsp. capers Heat oil and butter in a sauce pan until the butter is melted, but not browned. Add Lemon and Cayenne Pepper, mix well Add remaining ingredients and simmer for approximately 10 minutes over a low heat. Toss with pasta of your choice, top with Parmesan cheese and serve hot!
