Kavatini 4 pounds pasta, mixed - wheels, bow ties, shells, to 5 pounds, cooked 1 pound Italian sausage, mild with fennel 2 sticks pepperoni, 1 ft sticks 1 1/2 pounds mozzarella cheese, grated 1 1/2 pounds provolone cheese, grated 6 pounds Prego spaghetti sauce, 3-2pound jars Layer all ingredients in large aluminum turkey roasting pan. End with cheese and pepperoni. Bake at 400 degrees half an hour till hot through. Makes about 60 1/2 cup servings. Printable version: kavatini.txt.
