Fettucine di Grappa 1 oz. shallots, finely chopped 2 oz. grappa 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped 1 Tbsp garlic pepper 2 Tbsp butter 1 Tbsp olive oil Heat the olive oil; sear garlic and shallots. Add grappa, cooked fettucine, and parsley. Toss in pan, mix in butter, and top with grated pepper. Printable version: fettucine-grappa.txt.
