Capellini with Fresh Broccoli 1 bunch fresh broccoli, washed and cut into flowerettes 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 cup olive oil 6 ounces capellini salt to taste Saute the broccoli and garlic in the olive oil in a heavy skillet. Cook the capellini al dente, drain, and toss with the broccoli, garlic, and olive oil. Salt to taste. Printable version: capellini02.txt.
