Cabbage and Noodles 16 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained 1 head green cabbage, shredded 1 onion, sliced thinly 8 tablespoons butter salt pepper chopped ham, optional Melt 4 tablespoons butter in a skillet. Add the cabbage, onion and salt. Cook over medium heat until the cabbage is wilted and golden. Add remaining butter and noodles. Continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until heated through.
