Burnt Butter Spaghettini Serves 4 to 6. 1 lb spaghettini (can be flavored pasta, if desired), boiled in salted water 1/2 cup real butter, melted and cooked until brown fresh coarse ground pepper, to taste 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted fresh Italian-parsley, finely chopped fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated Prepare the pasta, following package directions, just don't over cook. Drain well, then place the hot pasta in a large bowl. Slowly pour the burnt butter over the pasta, while tossing. While tossing the pasta, add the pepper, pine nuts and parsley.
