Pasta with Yogurt Basil Sauce 4 ounces fettuccini 1 tsp olive oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 cup plain yogurt 2 Tbls grated Parmesan 1 Tbls fresh basil Salt and pepper to taste Cook fettuccini and drain. Immediately toss with oil, garlic and yogurt. Add parmesan, basil and salt & pepper. Serve hot. Printable version: basil-yogurt-pasta.txt.
