ASPARAGUS & HERB PASTA 5 oz. asparagus 1 1/3 oz butter 1 T chopped fresh parsley 1 T chopped fresh basil 1 1/4 c. cream salt and pepper Parmesan Heat butter; add asparagus for 2 min. Add the rest. Cook for 2 min. Add Parmesan to the pan and stir well. Mix thoroughly, add to cooked pasta. Printable version: asparagus-herb.txt.
