CLASSIC LASAGNA
 
3 cups ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 lb ground beef
1 jar (48 oz.) spaghetti sauce
12 cooked lasagna noodles
 
Mix ricotta, mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan and eggs, Brown beef,
stirring to separate, meat. Pour off fat, Stir in spaghetti sauce.
In each of two 11 x 7 x 1-inch baking dishes, layer 1 cup sauce
mixture, 2 noodles and 1 1/4 cups cheese mixture,  Repeat layers,
Top with remaining noodles,  sauce mixture and Parmesan. Bake at
400*F 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes serves 12.

Tip cover and freeze. Bake frozen lasagna, uncovered at 350 F 1 hr
15 minutes.
