Lasagna 1 lb. ground beef 1 pound lasagna 1/2 can pizza sauce 1 jar spaghetti sauce 3 c. mozzarella 3 c. cheddar 1 c parmesan 1 sm. onion spices to taste Cook pasta to taste. Brown ground beef, add diced onions until tender mix in sauces simmer until pasta is ready. Drain pasta and put back into pot. Add hamburger mixture, mix gently. Add half of mixture to 9x13 baking pan, sprinkle over half of each cheese. Add remaining lasagna and remaining cheese, parmesan last. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is at desired brownness. All of the ingredients are approximate. This recipe is real easy to add things like ricotta and broccoli to.
