TURKISH ORZO SOUP 10 cups beef broth 2 diced tomates 1/4 lb orzo 1 cup finely chopped parsley salt and pepper to taste Bring beef broth to a boil, add orzo. When the orzo is nearly done, add diced tomatoes, salt and pepper. When the orzo is fully done, serve with chopped parsley on top.
