Lebanese Egg Omelet 4 eggs 4 mint leaves 1 finely chopped green onion 1 tsp. sumac 1 tsp. flour salt and pepper oil Beat eggs and stir in onion, chopped mint, sumac, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Heat some oil in a pan and cook like an omelet, cooking one side and turning to finish other side. Printable version: omelet01.txt.
