Refresco de Tamarindo 1 1/2 cups tamarind puree 3/4 cup sugar 6 cups cold water mint sprigs (optional) Combine Tamarind Puree and sugar in a pitcher; stir. Add water; stir. Yield: 2 quarts (serving size: 1 cup). Serve over ice. Garnish with mint, if desired. Printable version: tamarind-water02.txt.
