Mole de Olla 2 lbs stew meat diced potato and carrots 1 onion 8 chile de arbol ancho seco whatever is desired of the chile cascabelio to add spice cumin three balls of whloe allspice desired amount of salt for taste Cook stew meat in water until tender. Separately cook chiles until soft. Put in the blender with rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Strain seeds out while pouring into the meat and add carrots and potatoes. Salt as desired. Cook until potatoes and carrots are done. Tastes great when you squeeze lemon in while eating. Printable version: mole-de-olla.txt.
