Guacamole 4-5 ripe, peeled avocados 1 medium onion, grated 1 large or 2 small, ripe tomatoes 1 teaspoon lime or lemon juice Hot pepper sauce to taste 1/2 cup (or 4 oz. can) roasted & peeled green chilies, finely chopped 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, finely snipped Pepper to taste Mash avocados until smooth. Blend in all other ingredients. Cover well until ready to serve. Serve with toasted or baked (not fried) corn chips. Printable version: guacamole21.txt.
