Guacamole 3 large avocados, fully ripened 5 Tbsp onion, minced 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice 1 medium tomato 1 tsp. fresh cilantro, chopped finely Dash of Tabasco (optional) Peel and seed the avocados and the tomato. Roughly mash the avocado in a mixing bowl, leaving some chunks. Add the tomato and remaining ingredients and chill for at least two hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
